OREFLON is a backing fluorine resin paint which uses 70% or more of PVdF-type resin and pigments with outstanding weather resistance to provide superior resistance under harsh conditions such as air pollution and extreme weather changes, satisfying the international substance property standard AAMA 2605.

how to use
- Surface treatment
- 1) Pre-treat with chromate or non-chromate.
2) Completely remove oil, moisture, sand, dust and foreign substances from the surface. - Coating method
- • Electrostatic spray
- Recommended thinner : NSS-70
- Dilution viscosity : 13 - 16 seconds (Ford cup #4/20℃)
- Recommended coating tool : -
- Spray pressure : 4 - 5 kg/c㎡
• Air spray
- Recommended thinner : NSS-70
- Dilution viscosity : 16 - 25 seconds (Ford cup #4/20℃)
