LACQUER FOR PLASTIC (one-component) is a paint that consists of acrylic lacquer and nitrocellulose resin. It offers superior adhesiveness for plastic materials (ABS/PC/PC+ABS/HIPS/etc.) along with the capability to express a variety of colors.

how to use
- Surface treatment
- 1) Completely remove oil, moisture, sand, dust and foreign substances from the surface.
2) Remove grease from the plastic material with IPA solvent.
3) We recommend painting with an appropriate primer to secure adhesiveness for materials to which the paint does not adhere well. - Coating method
- 1) Select an appropriate thinner considering the painting line and the type/size of the material.
2) Store the product indoors at 20 - 25 ℃ prior to work.
3) Stir the designated thinner under the condition between 140 - 160 % for at least 5 minutes.
4) Please filter out dust or impurities with 150 mesh paint strainer to prevent poor appearance.
5) Keep the object at room temperature of 25 ℃ for 1 - 2 minutes after painting and then dry at 60 ℃ for 10 minutes.
6) Paint several times rather than painting all at once if conditions permit for superior color and exterior look. - Features
