- Store the coating equipment after cleaning with an exclusive thinner immediately after use. - Preceding and follow-up coating
- 1. Preceding coating : Epoxy system, urethane system paint
- Remarks
- 1. Sufficient performance after last coating is achieved after drying for 7 days at 20℃.
2. For one coat, about 40㎛ is appropriate, and if a thick coating is formed during one coat, sagging, bubbling, and popping may occur.
3. Colors containing orange and red may be quickly discolored by UV rays when exposed outdoors, so urethane clear coat is recommended to delay discoloration.
4. When applying touch-up repairs, even the same product, color, lot number, dilution ratio, painting equipment, and painting method may cause dichroic phenomenon.
As much as possible, we recommend painting with the same LOT NO. product and the same painting tools and methods, and if there is no abnormality after checking the color difference, please work.
