how to use

Surface treatment
1) Completely remove oil, moisture, sand, dust and foreign substances from the surface.
2) Use air shower or air ionizer to remove dust and static if necessary.
3) Residual contaminants may result in poor appearance and adhesion after application.
Coating method
1) Paint with a roll coater or a gravure coater.
2) Film thickness and gloss may differ depending on working conditions (roll speed, working temperature).
3) Keep away flammable materials during painting. Keep the area fully ventilated in order to prevent suffocation.

1. Pass through UV lamp to cure. Above 750 mJ/㎠ UV dose is recommended.
2. Cure results and gloss might vary depending on light intensity at the working surface.

1. Contents include organic solvents and can cause health problems. Wear safety glasses, coveralls, masks and latex gloves when mixing and applying.
2. Do not ingest or inhale the product and avoid skin contact. If on skin or eye, was thoroughly with running water and get a medical treatment.
3. Please do not apply paint above 85% Rh because it may influence physical properties. Store in a cool, dry dark place under room temperature(5℃-35℃). Kepp container tightly closed and store upright.
4. Avoid direct sunlight, UV light, fluorescent and incandescent light during delivery, storage and handling because they may deteriorate contents.
5. If coats are too thick, curing problem, poor adhesion and cracks may occur. Insufficient curing may cause whitening.
6. Please refer to MSDS for further details.
7. Please contact technical department and be well informed of careful handling and precautions before use.
