Architecture Paint

Premium Wood & Metal paint inspired by PANTONE

usage
Children’s playground steel parts and exterior wood
Wood and steel parts requiring water resistance and scratch resistance where water-based paints are required

This product is an exclusive paint for the interior and exterior of steel and wood, which is synthesized based on urethane and natural oil. It is a water-based urethane alkyd paint with excellent adhesion to steel and aluminum substrate and excellent penetration into wood substrate. In particular, it has a strong coating film with flexibility as well as excellent water resistance, so it can maintain its physical properties for a long period of time even under the external exposure environment.

how to use

Surface treatment
1. If there are dust, oil, scribbles in crayons, colored pencils, etc. and dirty finger marks, they should be removed with a neutral detergent diluent and a soft cloth, and the surface should be wiped.
2. Areas infested with mold should be cleaned with a damp cloth after removing the mold using bleach or a mold cleaner. The paint should be applied after completely drying the surface.
3. If any of the old film remains, apply the paint after sanding the old film with sanding paper and clean the area for enhancement of adhesion.
Coating method
1. Primer
① This product can be applied directly on steel or aluminum substrates that have been properly treated.
However, if an anti-corrosive function is desired, oil-based alkyd and epoxy anti-corrosive primer coating is required.
② For wood, apply water-based sub-fascia only if a water-based grain filling is required.
2. Top coat
① After checking the re-coating time according to the undercoating, apply 1-2 coats with a brush, roller or spray.
② For brush and roller coating, an undiluted paint is recommended, but it can be diluted to less than 10% with water, if necessary.
③ When applying 2 coats, the re-coating interval is at least 4 hours after the first top coating at 20℃.
