PROTECH PT-3000 is a non-yellowing-type polyaspartic flooring paint that has excellent hardness, strength of the coating, and less discoloration because of UV resistance. PROTECH PT-3000 is manually painted such as brush and roller without dedicated spray equipment. The coating is strong, glossy, abrasion resistant, and water resistant, so it is a pure urea paint suitable for floor coating.

how to use

Surface treatment
1. Completely remove oil, moisture, sand, dust, and other foreign matter from the surface to be coated.
2. Cure concrete for at least 28 days at a temperature of 21℃ and a relative humidity of 60%.
3. Remove the protruded parts using a grinder. Cracks on the surface should be repaired before coating.
Coating method
▷Primer : Cleanpoxy primer (It may vary depending on the substrate)
▷Intermediate coating: Epoxy clear flooring etc.
▷Top coat : PROTECH PT-3000

Coating conditions
1. Atmosphere Temperature: 5~35℃, Surface Temperature: 40℃ or below, Relative Humidity: 80% or less.
