This is a one-component paint for wood that consists of special waterborne resins and additives and has weather resistance, durability, and leveling. This eco-friendly, waterborne paint was developed to solve the problems of organic solvents such as pollution, fire risks, and health hazard issues.

how to use
- Surface treatment
- 1) Do not paint on wet wood.
2) Completely remove oil, moisture, sand, dust and foreign substances from the surface. - Coating method
- 1) After surface treatment, sufficiently mix the AQUAWOOD SANDING SEALER with the base and water at the weight ratio of 100:10-20. Paint with a spray to create a dry film with thickness of 40 ㎛ or more.
2) After primary painting, perform secondary painting using the AQUAWOOD SANDING SEALER with the same method at 20 ℃ for 1 - 2 hours.
3) After applying the intermediate coating, dry for at least 1 day at 20 ℃ (4 - 6 hours at 60 ℃). Sand the surface with a 320 - 400 eyelet sanding paper and sufficiently mix the AQUAWOOD TOP COAT CLEAR with the base and water at the ratio of 100:10-20. Paint to create a dry film with thickness of 30 - 40 ㎛.
4) When applying the secondary top coat, dry the primary coating completely and sand it with a 400 eyelet sand paper before applying the topcoat.
5) Make sure that you work at above 4 ℃ when using the paint.
