how to use

How to use
1. Completely clean grease or contaminants and abrasion powder on the surface of the substrate and thoroughly dry it.
2. When you apply HILAC PLUS PRIMER to steel, do proper surface preparation(degreasing and sanding) for better adhesion.
Coating method
1. Coating conditions : The surface temperature should be at least 3℃ higher than the dew point to avoid the condensation of water, and the relative humidity should be less than 85%.
At this time, dilute with a specified thinner (DR-170) up to 60%.
2. After surface treatment, apply HILAC PLUS PRIMER 1~2 times with spray.
At this time, dilute with a specified thinner (DR-170) up to 60%.
3. After 1 hour at 20℃ following primer, apply lacquer top coat 2 times to get a dry film thickness of 50㎛.
At this time, dilute with a specified thinner (DR-170) up to 60%.
