Architecture Paint

Q-FIT OREFLON Fluorine paint

usage
Exterior wall finish painting of alkaline substrates such as concrete, cement mortar, PC, plaster, etc.

Unlike general water-based paints, this paint is specially designed by carefully selecting only fluorine emulsion resins with excellent durability and pigments with excellent durability. Constructing a hard and dense fluorine coating film, contamination by air pollutants is significantly reduced, and the clean appearance of the coating film at the beginning of coating is maintained for a long time. It is an external water-based paint with ultra-high weather resistance.

how to use

Surface treatment
1. The material should be sufficiently cured (cured more than 30 days at 20℃)
2. Laitance, dust, oil and other contaminants on the surface must be completely removed.
3. The proper pH of the material must be less than 9, and the percentage of moisture content must be less than 6%.
4. The gaps and grooves on the surface must be filled with Elastic putty, and surface adjustment should be made before coating.
Coating method
1. Primer
① In the case of concrete/cement substrates, after surface treatment is complete, dilute the Q-FIT OREFLON primer with up to 20% of water if necessary, and apply once with a roller or brush to a dry film thickness of about 20㎛.
(It is recommended to paint with the same color as the top coat)
2. Middle coat (can be omitted in plain finish)
① When finishing the concave-convex pattern, apply Q-FIT OREFLON's elastic intermediate paint once.
(Apply with a honeycomb roller and bone tile spray coating to a dry film thickness of about 500㎛.)
※ It can be omitted in the case of matte finish, but if you omit the middle coat in the case of semi-gloss finish, light stains may occur.
2. Top coat
① After at least 3 hours have elapsed at 20℃ after undercoating, apply this paint twice with a brush, roller or spray so that the dry film thickness is 60㎛.
(If necessary, dilute to less than 20% maximum with water)
② When applying the top coat twice, the re-coating interval is at least 3 hours at 20℃ after the first coat of top coat.
