Architecture Paint

SILVER COAT(L) (ALUMINUM PAINT) DNU-210

usage
Aluminum paint for steel structures

This paint is a 1K aluminum paint manufactured by blending boiled oil, petroleum resin and leafing type aluminum pigment. Heat Resistance (up to 100 ℃). It is an oxidative drying paint that is mainly used for outdoor silver coating for the purpose of reflection of heat rays and prevention of water permeation with good weather resistance, water resistance and adhesion.

how to use

Surface treatment
1. Completely remove rust, oil, dust and other contaminants from the surface of the substrate. It is recommended to paint after applying ready mixed/enamel anti-corrosive undercoat 1-2 times to the surface where rust or oil and other contaminants from the surface of the substrate are completely removed.
2. The surface to be coated must be clean. The surface temperature should be at least 3℃ higher than the dew point to avoid the condensation of water, and the relative humidity should be less than 85%.
Coating method
1. Brush, roller coating
2. Airless spray coating :
- Tip diameter : 1.3 ~ 1.5 mm
- Injection pressure : 2 ~ 5 Pa
- Spray time : 2 ~ 3times(back and forth)
(Airless spray data are for reference only, and it is adjusted according to the coating conditions.)
3. Coating conditions : The surface of the substrate must be clean. The surface temperature should be at least 3℃ higher than the dew point to the relative humidity should be less than 85%.
Preceding and follow-up coating
1. Preceding coating : Alkyd anti-corrosive primer
