Architecture Paint

CERAMIN KSM-6020 Class 4

usage
Finish coating for concrete structures of commercial buildings/residential buildings/public facilities, etc.

This paint is made by selecting thermoplastic super high-grade acrylic resin and pigment with excellent weather resistance, thus it dries fast and is excellent in workability, abrasion resistance, water resistance, alkali resistance and stain resistance. It is an economical paint due to the fact that the service life of the coating is long lasting, and the repair painting interval is extended.

PRODUCT PROPERTIES (PHYSICAL PROPERTY DATA)

Workability
Drying is fast, and workability is excellent.
Film property
Weather resistance, abrasion resistance, water resistance, alkali resistance and stain resistance are excellent.
Technology
It is a patented product with patent No. 3113.

how to use

Surface treatment
1. The material should be sufficiently cured (cured more than 30 days at 20℃)
2. Laitance, dust, oil and other contaminants on the surface must be completely removed.
3. The proper pH of the material must be less than 9, and the percentage of moisture content must be less than 6%.
Coating method
1. After diluting with the specified thinner DR-1100, apply uniformly in the same direction with a brush, roller, or spray. At this time, apply the paint to make it evenly absorbed without stagnating in the base and without missing any areas.
2. If the absorption of the substrate itself or bumps are severe, apply the sealer (NMC-C-3100) or apply the top coat once more.
3. Adhesion defects may occur due to variations in tile material and surface treatment, so check the adhesion condition after test painting and then paint.
